Що робити
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and understand their needs.
- Advocating for client needs within the organization.
- Conducting product onboarding and training sessions for clients.
- Identifying opportunities to expand products or services within existing accounts.
- Overseeing contract negotiations and renewals.
Що очікуємо
- 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Client Manager in a crypto, fintech, payments, or IT product company
- Proven experience managing B2B clients, preferably merchants, partners, or enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of crypto products and infrastructure (wallets, blockchain networks, stablecoins, on-chain transactions, confirmations, fees)
- Experience with crypto payments, exchanges, or blockchain-based platforms
- Ability to explain technical and crypto-related concepts to non-technical clients
