Що робити
- act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- manage contracts and service agreements (renewals, scope changes, extensions)
- work closely with PMs to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- prepare and manage invoices, monitor payments, and support financial accuracy per account
- track and maintain reports on developers’ working hours and account utilization
Що очікуємо
- 6 months — 2 years of experience as an Account Manager / Client Success Manager / Outstaff Coordinator in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company
- hands-on experience working directly with international clients (EU/US)
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
- confidence working with numbers, budgets, and financial reports
- good knowledge Google Sheets
