- Help clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-share
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
Що очікуємо
- Exceptional negotiation communication skills
- iGaming experience is a must
- Proficient in English at both written and spoken
- Industry experience in slot games is a plus
- Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or tech company.
