- Manage and develop relationships with existing partners.
- Onboard new partners and guide them through all stages of cooperation.
- Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations and support to improve key metrics.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Що очікуємо
- Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, Affiliate Management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in Gambling, Betting, iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Additional languages are a plus.
