Manage a portfolio of 7-10 accounts (predominantly staff augmentation) and drive the adoption of managed projects and outsourcing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying “entry points” where we can move from providing talent to providing full-scale technical solutions and domain-specific consultancy.
Identify upsell opportunities and expansion areas within your accounts to drive revenue growth.
Lead regular syncs with both clients and teams — be the “eyes and ears” on the account to ensure stability and high NPS.
Work closely with HR and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding, talent retention, and team motivation.
Handle the “business” of the account, including reporting and facilitating legal/paperwork matters.

5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success within the IT industry.
3+ years of proven experience in outsourcing and/or outstaffing environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously without losing track of details.
Experience with reporting, invoicing processes, and basic legal/contractual terminology.
