Build email marketing from scratch across a network of digital products
Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns for existing users, inactive users, and business partners
Develop automated email flows, newsletters, reactivation campaigns, promotional campaigns, and partner communication sequences
Work with existing customer segments to improve engagement and subscription revenue
Manage and grow Telegram groups and other direct communication channels

Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
Strong practical understanding of email marketing: segmentation, campaigns, automation, deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion, and reactivation
Experience building marketing campaigns from scratch or significantly improving existing marketing systems
Understanding of funnels, traffic sources, conversion metrics, user retention, and campaign optimization
Experience with affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or traffic partnerships

Experience with subscription-based products
Experience with digital entertainment, creator economy, AI-powered products, dating, gaming, or similar online consumer niches
