Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive HANDS ON sourcing and ongoing relationship management with the existing pool of candidates ( ability to present first candidates within 3 days)
Conduct in-depth HR interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations, write summaries, and prepare resume
Collaborate with an account manager and TL to understand clients' hiring needs and specific job requirements, as well as help through the whole recruitment process including setting up interviews between clients and candidates and answering any client's questions
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, and career opportunities.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or outstaffing company
Proven experience of recruitment in EU / CEE
Experience of working in outstaffing or recruitment agency
Strong understanding of IT terminologies and trends ( different tech stacks, libraries, frameworks)
