Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.
Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.

Industry Knowledge: at least 1 year in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth.
CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.).
Understanding of Low-Code & CRM Trends: Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses.
