We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own and scale our email channel across multiple international B2C markets. You’ll be responsible for lifecycle automation, segmentation, deliverability, experimentation, and performance analysis, helping us improve customer activation, retention, and revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with data, building automated customer journeys, testing new ideas, and taking ownership from strategy to execution.
💡 This role is ideal for someone who wants to:
Own and continuously improve the email marketing channel across multiple international markets
Build, optimize, and scale lifecycle campaigns including welcome, activation, retention, reactivation, and nurture flows
Create and manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, product updates, and one-off communications
Design and maintain automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns
Develop audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, events, and attributes
Monitor and improve key email marketing metrics, including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn, and Revenue Contribution
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance
Work closely with developers on event tracking, integrations, and automation improvements
Partner with analytics and content teams to drive data-informed decisions
Ensure excellent deliverability and maintain healthy sender reputation across domains
Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
