We're looking for a Head of Growth to join Kodree 🚀
It's a subscription-based platform for mastering IT skills (web + mobile app). We target English-speaking markets: 60% of our users are from Tier 1 countries. The unit economics work, the team is in place — and the next unlock is the person who can bring acquisition, creatives, and product marketing together into one coherent growth system.
Who we’re looking for:
Proven track record in scaling new products or funnels from 0 to 1, from idea validation to scalable growth
Marketing or growth leadership background — you've led people and owned results
Solid Meta Ads experience: acquisition structure, creative strategy, funnel mechanics
Horizontal overview across UAM, creative, and product marketing — you see the full picture, not just one lane
Strong analytical skills with campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing expertise
Experience with at least one analytical tool: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, or similar
Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets
Builder mindset; comfortable scaling from scratch
B2+ English

Google Ads, TikTok, or AppLovin experience
You’ll be working on:
Own the marketing function end-to-end: initially taking a hands-on approach to align acquisition, creatives, and funnels into one system that actually moves the needle
Consistently find and develop new growth points
Audit funnels, research the market, build a hypothesis-driven action plan and execute it across UAM, creative, and PMM
Own budget allocation, scaling roadmap, and identification of new channels, audiences, and markets
Build growth strategy together with the CEO — set goals, prioritize, and drive execution
Sync creative, UAM, and product marketing into one coherent system: shared context, consistent messaging, aligned metrics
Lead the team
First 30 days scope: You go deep into funnels, audience, creatives, and competitors — find what's broken, spot the opportunities, form hypotheses and start executing. By day 30, you have a plan and it's already in motion.
