We are looking for a hands-on Lead DevOps Platform Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and engineering practices.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, operating production systems at scale, and building reliable, secure, and developer-friendly platforms.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Data teams to ensure our platform remains scalable, resilient, and efficient as the business grows.
What You’ll Own
— Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI/CD ecosystem — Drive platform reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, observability, and capacity planning — Improve developer experience through automation, self-service tooling, and CI/CD improvements — Strengthen platform security, including IAM, secrets management, encryption, and policy-as-code — Manage infrastructure as code, deployment workflows, monitoring, logging, and cloud cost optimization — Help establish platform ownership, engineering standards, and team practices as the function grows
What We’re Looking For
— 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering — Strong hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise in production environments — Deep knowledge of Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux) — Solid Linux, networking, cloud security, and incident management experience — Scripting skills with Bash and Python or Go — Experience owning production systems end-to-end — Upper-Intermediate English or higher

— Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other high-availability environments — Experience building Platform Engineering or SRE functions — PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance experience — Multi-region infrastructure, disaster recovery, FinOps, and event-driven architectures
