We are looking for an experienced full-time Video Editor to take ownership of our video output, working closely with our team on a daily basis.
This is a dedicated, long-term position with a fixed monthly salary, not project based freelance work.
What You Will Be Working On
Social media reels and short-form video, which make up the bulk of the work. This covers product and brand content, event highlights, behind the scenes and founder content, UGC-style edits, and trend-driven formats.
Marketing campaign commercials
Agency showreels and portfolio edits
- Color and sound design are part of every edit, not a finishing touch applied at the end.
- You will work with a wide range of source material, from professionally shot log footage to raw iPhone and user-generated clips that need to be elevated to a premium standard.
What We Are Looking For
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, along with After Effects for text animation, transitions, and light motion work (not heavy 3D).
Comfortable working with log footage, including color correction, grading, and matching shots across a sequence
A strong sense of typography and brand consistency. You know how to pair fonts, work within a brand's palette, and place text so it sits naturally in the frame, and everything you edit feels cohesive in treatment and tone.
Solid instincts for pacing and sound design. Your cuts and text animations move with the edit rather than sitting on top of it.
Speed. You can turn short-form edits around quickly without the quality slipping.
Active use of AI tools in your workflow. We use them across production and want someone already working with them and interested in pushing further. You do not need to know every tool.
Comfortable communicating in English or Russian.
How We Work
We work to deliverables and deadlines rather than fixed hours. You have flexibility in how you structure your day, as long as work is delivered on time and you can join meetings at reasonable hours. We work across time zones, so call times vary.

$1,300 to $1,600 USD per month, paid monthly, negotiable based on experience with room to grow
