• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, paid social advertising, and mobile app marketing;
• must-have: strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads) or Google Ads;
• experience with AppLovin is a plus;
• strong understanding of key UA metrics, including CAC, CPC, CPL, CPI, ROAS, and conversion rates;
• strong knowledge of web-to-app acquisition strategies and web funnel optimization;
