At UAI Labs, we build intelligent automation and AI solutions that help companies work smarter, faster, and at scale. We partner with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to fix broken and inefficient processes using a practical mix of RPA, AI and process redesign. With the focus on real business impact, not quick fixes. As a fast-growing startup, we work on diverse, high-impact challenges and turn ambitious ideas into solutions that truly scale.
About the Role
As a UiPath Developer, you design, build, and run automation solutions that solve real business problems across our clients’ operations. We hire at medium and senior level; scope and rate follow experience. Business Analysts lead discovery and requirements gathering; you translate documented processes into robust, maintainable workflows and own them in production.
Design solutions: Analyze business processes and recommend the right automation approach for each use case: RPA, API integration, or a hybrid.
Build and integrate: Develop and deploy automations in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots), with supporting work in Python, C#, or VB.NET, and REST API integrations to third-party systems.
Release and run: Own your automations end to end in production: monitoring, exception handling, incident resolution, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Why This Role Is Different
End-to-end ownership: You take automations from design through build, release, and run and you see the impact of your work with the client firsthand.
A real AI growth path: Our delivery increasingly combines UiPath with LLM APIs, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and agentic components. You grow into AI engineering work instead of staying boxed into classic RPA.
Our Stack and How We Work
UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding (IDP), Agentic automation
Structured delivery lifecycle: PDD (Process Definition Document), SDD (Solution Design Document), code review, and defined quality gates within a build-release-run delivery model
