Що робити
- Manage daily treasury operations across fiat and digital assets, including cash positioning and intraday liquidity.
- Oversee riskless principal trading, ensuring client trades are matched and hedged with no unintended market exposure.
- Monitor liquidity across exchange wallets, banking partners, and trading venues, maintaining sufficient fiat and crypto balances for client and operational needs.
- Manage hot and cold wallets, including transfers, custody, withdrawal approvals, security, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Execute and monitor fiat and crypto settlements, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers between banks, custodians, and trading counterparties.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury, trading operations, or liquidity management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
- Solid understanding of riskless principal trading / market-making concepts and hedged position management.
- Familiarity with crypto custody, hot/cold wallet management, and blockchain transaction processes.
- Strong understanding of liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and market risk management.
