Що робити
- Preparing and updating technical documentation in English for international users for devices and software: User Guides, Manuals, Calibration & Maintenance Instructions, Technical Specifications, datasheets, brochures, etc.
- Preparing video tutorials for instruments and accessories (script writing, shooting a video, coordinating with a designer for editing)
- Interaction with the sales team, technical support team, engineers, testers, software developers, and the production team to gather technical information
- Structuring technical information into clear, logical, and user-friendly texts
- Keeping documentation up-to-date
Що очікуємо
- 2–3+ years of experience in preparing documentation in English for international markets
- Advanced written English (C1)
- Understanding of technical documentation structure
- Experience with documentation and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe RoboHelp), ability to create visual content
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility
