- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and business roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, QA, DevOps and data engineering.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to screen CVs and conduct professional candidate interviews.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
