• Design, document, and implement core Engineering processes: product development lifecycle (PDLC), design reviews, change management, document control
• Build and maintain a structured document management system — engineering drawings, BOMs, test procedures, work instructions and other artifacts
• Define and enforce configuration management practices across hardware and software
• Identify process gaps that create quality, compliance or security risk and propose practical solutions
