Що робити

You'll be the person who keeps the platform running day to day and makes sure everything works.
Monitor the live platform (frontend on Vercel, database on Supabase) and make sure it stays healthy and fast.
Own the deal data: keep property information, pricing, ARV, and analysis accurate and up to date.
Operate and QA our AI features (deal scoring, automated outreach, LOI generation, chat) — catch issues, report them, and help improve them.
Handle bugs and small technical fixes; coordinate larger ones with developers.

Що очікуємо

1+ years in a technical operations, QA, support engineer, or similar hands-on role.
Comfortable with web apps and cloud tools — you can navigate a dashboard, read logs, and spot when something is off.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a big plus) and how web platforms work.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently without close supervision.
Good written English (B1+) — you'll communicate with users and the team in English.

Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI / LLM-based tools or automation.
Any exposure to real estate, fintech, or investment platforms.
Light coding ability (JavaScript / SQL) to make small fixes yourself.
