- Support communication between act digital and customer teams
- Translate technical documentation from English into Ukrainian
- Review translated documentation to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
- Adapt technical content to suit the customer’s operational environment
- Prepare user guides, operating procedures and training materials
Що очікуємо
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and delivering user training, including workshops and user guides
- General understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts
