Technical Architect – WMS

Що робити

• Implement and configure Blue Yonder WMS: Manage technical implementation activities, system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and ensure the platform is correctly deployed.
• Resolve technical issues and optimise solutions: Troubleshoot complex technical problems, review system performance, support incident resolution, and recommend improvements.
• Bridge technical teams and customers: Collaborate with consulting, support, cloud teams, and customers to ensure smooth integrations, knowledge transfer, and successful system delivery.
• Location / working model
• The resources will be needed within EMEA and will operate in the EMEA time zone. If there is a local Blue Yonder office, the resource is welcome to work from that office. Otherwise, they may work remotely.
