Що робити
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers, ensuring quality delivery and technical growth
- Own technical decisions and architecture within the Modular Monolith setup
- Set up and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
- Collaborate directly with the client (KSA) on technical requirements and project scope
- Coordinate with Solution Architect and other project stakeholders
Що очікуємо
- Strong commercial experience with Java Spring Boot
- Solid knowledge of React (Next.js is a plus)
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead / team lead role
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL)
- Understanding of message brokers (ActiveMQ) and caching (Redis)
