About the Project
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Team Lead to join an existing engineering team working with an international client in the cybersecurity domain.
The team currently consists of a Team Lead and two Backend Engineers. The new specialist will take ownership of the team, remain hands-on in development, and work directly with the client’s Engineering Manager and Product Owners.
The front end is built with React, while backend services are primarily developed in Go.
Who We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years of software development experience.
Previous Team Lead experience, preferably 2+ years.
Strong hands-on experience with React and related technologies.
Solid Full-Stack engineering background with a strong front-end focus.
Good understanding of backend development, APIs, services, and system architecture.
Experience with at least one backend technology such as Go, Node.js, Java, or similar.
Ability to review backend code and understand technologies outside of your primary stack.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and team delivery.
Strong spoken English for direct communication with international stakeholders.
We are looking for an engineer who is not limited to one specific technology stack and can confidently work across front-end and backend contexts, quickly understand unfamiliar technologies, and make sound engineering decisions. The person should combine hands-on engineering, technical leadership, analytical thinking, ownership, and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Work On:
Lead a small engineering team and coordinate day-to-day delivery.
Stay hands-on and contribute primarily to front-end development with React and TypeScript.
Review code and stay involved in backend implementation and technical decisions.
Create and refine technical tasks and clarify requirements with the client.
Run internal team syncs and participate in client meetings, demos, and technical discussions.
Help engineers resolve blockers and maintain engineering quality across the team.
Take ownership of features from clarification through implementation and delivery.
