- Build and run search strategies that reach passive candidates well beyond LinkedIn.
- Engage candidates with personalized outreach that sparks interest and gets replies.
- Qualify interest and hand warm, engaged candidates over to recruiters cleanly, with the context they need.
- Map markets and talent pools across different geographies to feed current and future hiring.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of proven sourcing experience in IT.
- Proficient at uncovering candidates across all possible sources, including the unobvious ones.
- A hunter mindset — you scout, headhunt, and engage
- Good understanding of the tech domain, able to source across profiles from business to cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of different talent markets and where to find people in each.
