- 1. Talent Program Management
- Own the full lifecycle of Talent Programs, from business case development and launch decisions to graduate placement and program evaluation.
- Assess business demand and define program strategy, roadmap and success criteria.
- Evaluate program ROI, financial effectiveness and business impact to support management decision-making.
- Develop recommendations on launching, scaling, redesigning or discontinuing programs.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Program, Project, Talent Development or Learning Management.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify talent or workforce needs.
- Experience using data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning and organizational skills.
