What challenges await you?
Working with vacancies across diverse IT sectors: AI/ML, E-commerce, VC, Gaming & Game Development, Big Data, Fintech, Consumer & Entertainment Apps, Marketing & AdTech.
Developing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies (from middle to executive-level roles).
Collaborating with hiring managers to open positions, define the ideal candidate profile, and gather all necessary information.
Conducting interviews using modern assessment techniques to identify candidates who meet the role requirements.
Supporting candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Working with ATS (Ashby), analytical dashboards, and automation tools.
Keeping up with the latest recruitment trends, searching for and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Expanding your network, creating talent pools, and headhunting top talent.
What’s important to us?
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to hiring.
Experience in the IT industry and understanding the specifics of tech talent acquisition.
Experience in closing non-technical vacancies (Marketing, Finance)
Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
English proficiency at the Intermediate+ level.
Critical and systematic thinking skills.
Prior experience in a recruitment agency will be an advantage
