As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract and hire exceptional talent across product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Knowledge we need:
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment;
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles;
Strong sourcing skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (spoken & written);
Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce or similar);
Product-oriented and business-driven mindset;
Experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies is a plus.
What you will do:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer;
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
Partner closely with founders and team leads to define role requirements;
Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to team member;
Drive hiring processes, interviews, and feedback loops;
Contribute to scaling the hiring function as the company grows.
