- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to signed offers.
- Find and attract top talent across Engineering, Product, AI, FinTech, and other business teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct sourcing, screening interviews, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience recruiting across Europe or the MENA region.
- Previous hiring experience within the FinTech industry.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian, Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian.
- Experience sourcing through GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, or other technical communities.
- Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate outreach, research, and recruitment workflows.
