Що робити

Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple technical, business, creative, and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role profiles, and effective recruitment strategies.
Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional communities, and employer-brand initiatives.
Proactively engage passive candidates, including specialists for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, timely feedback to hiring teams.

Що очікуємо

At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a product company.
Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from role intake and sourcing to offer management.
Strong direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates, including specialists for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies of varying seniority and complexity simultaneously.
