- Participate in the design and execution of backup and restoration procedures
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead resolution efforts
- Maintain documentation for system architectures, configurations, procedures, and service records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT operations by staying informed of new technologies and best practices
- Will be a plus:
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in network management, specifically with Mikrotik routers and switches, including a strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, NAT, and bonding
- Solid background in both Windows and Linux system administration
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory and scripting with Bash and PowerShell
- Experiencewith storage solutions and thorough understanding of backup and restoration strategies for complex environments
