- Customer Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new conference participants (exhibitors, speakers, moderators)
- Conduct alignment of expectations, deliverables, and success metrics
- Configure and customize event experiences based on partner exhibitor level
- Communication & Reporting
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration platforms (Notion, Slack, GSuite)
