We are looking for a Solution Architect to own technical solution definition and provide architectural leadership across MOCG’s AI professional services portfolio. This is an end-to-end role spanning pre-sales, discovery, solution design, estimation, delivery planning, development support, architecture governance, and client communication. You will work across AI pilots and MVPs, consulting engagements, and dedicated product teams.
You will support engineering teams during implementation, make and validate key technical decisions, resolve architecture-related blockers, and help ensure that the delivered solution remains aligned with the client’s business goals, agreed scope, and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and business understanding to drive successful solution outcomes.
What We Value in a New Master
3+ years of experience in software architecture or senior technical roles, designing complex, scalable solutions and leading projects end-to-end—from discovery and estimation through architecture, development, and delivery
Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience validating technical decisions, reviewing implementations, and contributing to prototypes, technical experiments, and solution design
Experience in pre-sales or consulting, including architecture, estimation, pricing, and client presentations
Expertise in modern architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven), APIs, distributed systems, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, LLM-based systems, cloud AI services, and building AI-enabled products
Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments, take ownership of technical decisions, drive architectural vision, and mentor engineering teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to Have
Experience with business analysis, KPI alignment, and success metrics definition
How You’ll Contribute
Discovery and Client Alignment: Lead structured discovery for validated opportunities. Clarify business goals, success metrics, user and operational needs, technical constraints, non-functional requirements, risks, and dependencies. Translate incomplete or high-level client requests into a clear, feasible solution scope.
Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions, including system components, data flows, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML services, security, monitoring, and scalability. Choose technologies that fit the client’s needs, budget, and timeline.
Estimation and Delivery Planning: Prepare high-level and detailed estimates, define delivery phases, and create an implementation plan. Identify uncertainty and hidden complexity early and explain the main trade-offs clearly.
Team Setup and Handover: Recommend the right team structure and help define roles and responsibilities. Support the transition from discovery and sales to delivery, making sure the team understands the business goals, agreed scope, key technical decisions, risks, and priorities.
Development Support: Stay involved during development. Guide engineers on architecture and implementation decisions, review important integrations, help remove technical blockers, and support PoCs, prototypes, or hands-on technical checks when needed.
Technical Quality and Architecture Review: Review key design and implementation decisions and keep the solution consistent as it develops. Help the team address performance, reliability, security, privacy, maintainability, and cloud costs. Mentor technical team members when needed.
Scope, Timeline, and Risk Management: Work with the client and delivery team when requirements, priorities, or deadlines change. Recommend what can be simplified, moved to a later phas
