Your day-to-day in this position:
Manage the client’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and additional platforms.
Publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing campaigns and customer showcases.
Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules and platform-specific formatting.
Monitor comments and community engagement, responding where appropriate and escalating customer inquiries.
Track analytics including views, engagement, audience growth and campaign performance, providing regular recommendations.
Coordinate publishing calendars and campaign execution across all social platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders and Marketing leadership
