Що робити
- Launch and develop new regional, product- and project-based social media channels from scratch.
- Develop channel positioning, content pillars, launch strategies, editorial calendars, and early-stage growth plans.
- Take end-to-end ownership of social media content creation — from research and creative concept development to copywriting, production task setting, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Create original creative concepts, campaign ideas, content formats, and social media mechanics for PR, Communications, Product, and regional projects.
- Take ownership of situational and reactive content based on current trends, memes, cultural moments, and industry news.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SMM, PR communications, or social media management for PR agencies, communication agencies, brands, or project-based teams.
- Proven experience supporting PR, product, partnership, or reputation-related communication projects through social media.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, their formats, algorithms, audience behaviour, and current content trends.
- Proven experience launching new social media channels from scratch and driving their early-stage growth.
