Що робити

Build and manage AI-agent workflows that automate social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms
Operate and improve our Avatar AI Studio pipeline — generating avatar-led videos for property capital-raise pages and brand promotion, with minimal manual intervention
Set up automated promotion of new capital-raise property pages to social channels and to each developer's existing contact list
Create and iterate on prompts/workflows for AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield-style avatar and content generation)
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversion to leads) and continuously tune the automation

Experience in real estate, fintech, or proptech marketing
Prior work with AI-generated video/avatar tools specifically
Basic understanding of paid social/ad automation
