In-depth analytics and optimization: Analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B and multivariate testing, and identifying growth opportunities to increase LTV and Retention Rate, and decrease Churn Rate.
Lifecycle management: Detailed user base segmentation, creating custom Customer Journeys, and implementing deep personalization.
Technical setup and automation: Working with advanced CRM systems, setting up complex trigger chains, and ensuring seamless communication delivery.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with the product team, BI, analytics, and Acquisition teams to improve the customer experience.
