MyRaif Platform Team is a high-performing mobile development unit organized as discovery squad (Senior Product Owner, Product Designer, System Analyst) working closely with delivery squad supported by Technical Leads (iOS, Android, backend). Our mission is to continuously develop and evolve MyRaif platform — a core enabler that powers multiple teams and drives key business initiatives across the company.
As Senior Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of MyRaif platform, from discovery through delivery. This platform acts as the foundation for all contributor teams by providing scalable enablers, governance, and guidelines that accelerate their work. You will collaborate closely with MyRaif Platform Owner and technical leads to shape the platform’s roadmap, deliver impactful features, and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Your future responsibilities:
Drive business initiatives through platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Lead discovery and delivery of platform features & services that enable other teams to build faster and better
Shape and evolve core platform components, including:
Registration & Auth: secure authentication, authorization, and access management across services
UI Kit: shared design system and component library for consistent, scalable interfaces
Client Permissions & Roles: flexible access control models supporting diverse user needs
Digital Signature workflows, compliance and security tools
Home page & reference UI architecture setting standards for contributor teams
Third-party SDK integrations ensuring reliability and extensibility
Technical Infrastructure: autotest frameworks, platform documentation, observability, and CI/CD pipelines
Manage mobile app release cycle to ensure smooth, timely deployments
Own and prioritize Platform Team backlog, define priorities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Support the Platform Owner in coordinating Shared MyRaif backlog across teams
Define and maintain platform governance: rules, guidelines, and best practices for all contributor teams
Your skills and experience:
Have 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner, ideally in mobile or platform products
Understand technical concepts across iOS, Android, and backend development
Are comfortable managing end-to-end product development cycles, including discovery and delivery phases
Can navigate ambiguous, cross-team challenges with structured thinking and clear communication
Are proactive, curious, and driven to build scalable solutions that empower others
Have experience creating and enforcing platform governance and guidelines
Proven experience working with mobile products, including iOS and Android app development environments
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key product and business metrics
Expertise in data-driven decision making, including experience with A/B testing and post-test analysis
Solid grasp of UX/UI principles for mobile applications and prototyping skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, security, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and proposals to diverse teams
Proficiency in writing business requirements, specifications, and product documentation
Understanding of AI technologies and their potential application in product development and platform enhancement
