The role
This is not a backlog Product Owner role.
You are the owner of a product bet — from idea → validation → first revenue.
Your goal: turn AI product ideas into real paying customers, deposits, and MRR.
You will work in a squad with:
Senior Developer
Growth Hacker
And collaborate directly with:
CEO
CTO
CMO
What you’ll actually own
Product bets
Define ICP × workflow × pricing
Identify real pain and buying triggers
Decide what’s worth building
Customer discovery
5+ calls per week
Validate urgency, budget, willingness to pay
Push for LOI / deposit / pilot
Commercial validation
Focus on money signals, not opinions:
LOI
Deposits ($2K—$5K)
Paid pilots
Validation sprints
2-week cycles
Discovery → testing → MVP/prototype → decision
Decision making
GO / KILL / PIVOT
No “maybe later”
MVP & GTM
Define MVP scope with Dev
Work with Growth on:
landing pages

You’re a strong fit if
You have 5+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager
You’ve built products from 0 → first revenue
You’ve done customer discovery yourself (not via researchers)
You understand:
MRR / CAC / LTV
pricing
sales cycles
You can operate in uncertainty and fast cycles
You’re comfortable with AI tools (LLMs, automation, no-code)
English: Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have
Experience in B2B SaaS / AI / automation
Founder / co-founder / early-stage experience
Experience launching MVPs and selling pilots
