Design, build, and maintain platform services, developer tooling, and self-service capabilities that empower internal engineering and trading teams.
Translate business and architectural concepts into concrete technical requirements, design the system architecture, and lead the hands-on development of the new trading platform features from inception to production.
Build robust backend services, internal CLI/developer tools, and shared platform utilities primarily using Go.
Integrate Backstage capabilities, build custom plugins, and create automated workflows using TypeScript/Node.js to streamline internal processes.
Build reusable CI/CD pipelines, shared libraries, and SDKs while seamlessly integrating platform services with Kubernetes and existing core infrastructure.

Proven production experience in backend development, APIs, containers, and modern software engineering practices.
Hands-on experience with Go as your main programming language (or a strong willingness and capability to write high-quality Go code daily).
Good understanding of Kubernetes, modern platform design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous problem or high-level idea, gather requirements from stakeholders, design the system architecture, and deliver a production-ready solution independently.
Deep understanding of code quality, architecture trade-offs, design patterns, and debugging complex distributed systems.
