Design and evolve the CRM architecture by implementing complex business logic, including property management, client management, third-party marketplace integrations, and analytics using Domain-Driven Design principles.
Develop reliable and scalable REST APIs for the React frontend and external services.
Optimize application performance by working with large datasets, profiling and tuning complex MySQL queries, and implementing effective caching strategies.
Contribute to infrastructure management, including application containerization with Docker and server administration (experience with Hetzner is a plus).
Promote engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, legacy code refactoring, and maintaining clean, maintainable code.

5+ years of commercial backend development experience with PHP.
Deep expertise in Laravel, including its internals, Eloquent ORM, Queues, Events, Middleware, and related components.
Strong understanding and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles. You know how to model domains, define bounded contexts, and separate application layers instead of placing business logic in controllers or service classes.
Excellent knowledge of MySQL, including database design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
Solid experience with Docker, including creating and optimizing Dockerfiles and Docker Compose configurations.
