Що робити
- Platform & Vendor Account Operations — Set up, verify, and scale accounts across marketing platforms and service providers. Maintain capacity and redundancy ahead of demand: when one account or asset goes down, a replacement is already in the pipeline. Manage the full lifecycle from registration and verification through scaling, renegotiation, or shutdown.
- Budget & Payment Operations — Own the operational money flow for the channel: collect spend plans from the team, manage payment schedules and prepaid balances, reconcile vendor billing against actuals, and catch anomalies (wrong billing cycles, unexpected charges, unused paid limits) before they become losses.
- Data Quality & Compliance Flows — Own audience data hygiene end to end: suppression lists, opt-out and complaint handling, and list validation. Don’t just set the process up — verify it actually works, from the moment a contact opts out to the moment they stop receiving communications, across every platform in use.
- Tooling, Process & Reporting — Build and maintain the trackers, SOPs, and cadences that keep the team executing consistently. Test internal tools, give structured feedback to developers, record instructions, and drive adoption across the team. Keep channel performance visible in dashboards and flag degradation early — declining unit economics on any account is your signal to act.
- Execution & Follow-Through — Drive operational initiatives from decision to completion across parallel workstreams: cascade process changes to the team, act as the first review layer, and keep every initiative moving until it’s genuinely done.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years in operations or project management within a marketing, media, or performance-marketing environment
- Proven experience managing vendor or platform accounts at scale — registrations, verifications, limits, renewals — not just using the tools, but operating them
- Comfort with numbers: budgets, payment schedules, reconciliation, and basic unit economics; you notice when a figure doesn’t add up
- Experience building and rolling out operational processes and SOPs across a team
- Hands-on AI tool use in your daily work (hard requirement) — you use them to move faster and can describe exactly how
