Must-have:
Perfect understanding of OOP, FP, and RX
Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
5+ yrs shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU)
Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Fluent English, proactive communication
Lead code reviews, mentor devs
Pragmatic over perfect — avoids over-engineering, ships incremental wins fast
Quality guardian — prioritises testability, clean code ahead of quick hacks
