Our Customer: An international technology company operating across multiple countries and legal entities, running a large, complex global Workday environment that supports its People, Payroll and Finance functions. The company works closely with US-based stakeholders and is strengthening hands-on ownership of its Workday platform.
Your Tasks:
Configure and administer Workday Core HCM and additional modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Talent and Payroll
Build and modify Workday business processes
Configure Workday security
Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields
Investigate and resolve complex Workday production and integration issues
Identify technical debt in the existing Workday configuration and implement improvements
Ensure data integrity through audits, reconciliation and root-cause analysis
Support Workday releases from impact analysis to deployment
Translate stakeholder requirements into working Workday solutions
Maintain documentation of Workday configurations, integrations, reports and changes
Required Experience and Skills:
7+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Current hands-on role, not primarily advisory, architectural or managerial
Experience working with Workday in a large global organization
Deep hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
Hands-on experience with several additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Talent or Payroll
Strong command of Workday configuration
Expert-level knowledge of Workday business processes, including building and modifying approval workflows
Deep understanding of Workday security
Hands-on experience building Workday reports and calculated fields
Solid understanding of Workday data management, including data integrity, audits and reconciliation
Experience troubleshooting complex Workday issues independently
Proven track record of improving an existing Workday environment
Proven ability to assess the impact of configuration changes on downstream systems
Ability to own assigned topics end-to-end with minimal supervision
Experience working directly directly with business and technical stakeholders
English — Advanced
Would Be a Plus:
Experience supporting Workday across multiple countries, legal entities or employee populations
Advanced Workday reporting and analytics experience
Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs or Workday Extend
Workday certifications
Experience with major Workday implementations, module expansions, acquisitions, reorganizations or transformation projects
Experience improving Workday governance, documentation, security, release management or platform processes
Working conditions:
5-day working week, 8-hour working day;
