About the role
We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Legal Counsel to support both B2B and B2C operations across multiple jurisdictions (highly technical in legal, no team leadership responsibilities).
You’ll work on igaming regulation, licensing, payments, commercial contracts, corporate structuring, intellectual property and international expansion, partnering closely with Product, Compliance, Payments, Finance and Operations teams.
What you’ll do
Provide legal support for international iGaming operations.
Manage licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft and negotiate Merchant, PSP, Game Provider, White Label, Affiliate, SaaS and other commercial agreements.
Advise on gaming regulations, AML/KYC, payments, corporate and compliance matters.
Support international corporate structures and IP-related projects.
Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
Coordinate external legal advisors, regulators and strategic partners.
Support new market launches and international growth initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Strong legal experience 3+ years in the international iGaming industry.
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C businesses.
Hands-on knowledge of gaming licensing and regulation.
Expertise in commercial agreements, PSPs, payment processing and corporate structuring.
Strong understanding of intellectual property and licensing.
Commercial mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Advanced English.
