• Contracts and Due Diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA, Service Agreements) for outsourcing engagements, including complex negotiations with enterprise clients’ procurement and legal teams
• Own the end-to-end due diligence process — client requests, background checks, security/vendor risk questionnaires, and risk assessment
• Corporate and Regulatory Compliance
• Support corporate procedures: amendments to constitutional documents, shareholder/participant resolutions, and the group’s corporate structure
