Що робити
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related positions
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels
- Screen candidates for technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience working within staffing agencies, recruitment firms, RPO environments, or fast-paced hiring organizations
- Good understanding of software development roles and modern technology stacks
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
