• Owning and delivering high-quality day-to-day HR operations (hire-to-retire) across all European locations.
• Running regular one-to-ones and check-ins, probation and development conversations, performance and compensation reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Acting as the main HR point of contact for employees, providing guidance, answering HR-related questions, and resolving operational issues.
• Developing our managers as people leaders by building the practical leadership capability the company needs.
• Proactively driving HR operational excellence, identifying gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement.
