We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join the team working on an enterprise platform for project and resource management.
The product enables large organizations to plan, allocate, and monitor shared resources across multiple projects running simultaneously. It provides visibility into workforce capacity, project assignments, and resource availability, helping businesses respond to shifting priorities while using their operational resources efficiently.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Design and develop reliable Golang backend services and high-performance RESTful APIs for a cloud-based enterprise platform;
Work closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
Build and evolve an event-driven microservices architecture, including service-to-service communication and data processing pipelines;
Develop data-intensive solutions using PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch;
Containerize, deploy, and operate services using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda;
Improve delivery workflows and infrastructure reliability by applying modern CI/CD and DevOps practices;
Maintain high engineering standards through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and secure development practices;
Support React-based frontend functionality and API integrations when required;
Use AI-assisted engineering tools to streamline development, troubleshooting, and code refactoring.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of commercial experience with Golang and backend development;
Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and distributed systems;
Demonstrated experience building reliable, high-performance APIs;
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design;
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and query optimization;
Experience with asynchronous and background processing using Redis;
Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP;
Practical experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB;
Hands-on React experience and a good understanding of frontend architecture;
Confidence using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
Will be a plus:
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ;
Hands-on experience using Terraform or CloudFormation.
