- Develop new product features across both backend and frontend

- 5+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong experience with React
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS (preferably ECS or similar container-based services)
- Experience building scalable production systems

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
