We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale a high-performance trading platform for the Solana ecosystem.
You will develop latency-critical systems powering real-time copy trading, working across both backend infrastructure and frontend applications while helping shape the architecture of a highly available, production-grade platform.
This is a product-focused engineering role where performance, reliability, and ownership are essential. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to build systems capable of processing thousands of concurrent trading tasks with minimal latency.
Core Competence:
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development using Node.js and React.
Strong experience building scalable, high-performance backend systems and modern frontend applications.
Proven expertise with TypeScript across both frontend and backend development.
Experience designing and implementing real-time, event-driven, or low-latency distributed systems.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, retries, idempotency, and fault-tolerant system design.
Experience developing secure REST APIs and backend services for production environments.
Strong frontend experience building responsive dashboards, monitoring interfaces, and operational tooling with React.
Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Ability to build resilient systems with monitoring, health checks, logging, and automated recovery mechanisms.
Experience implementing secure authentication, secrets management, and secure key handling.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, clean code principles, testing, and code review practices.
Ability to optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability under heavy workloads.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Solana, blockchain infrastructure, or cryptocurrency trading platforms.
Familiarity with Pump.fun, DeFi protocols, or automated trading systems.
Experience integrating low-latency networking technologies such as gRPC or WebSockets.
Knowledge of blockchain transaction lifecycle, mempools, transaction routing, and execution optimization.
Experience designing systems with multi-provider failover and high-availability architecture.
Familiarity with secure wallet management, cryptographic key handling, and digital asset custody.
Experience building high-throughput systems capable of handling thousands of concurrent tasks.
Understanding of DevOps practices, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience working in Agile product teams and participating in architecture discussions.
